(c) Commercial exploitation of your Data, whether directly or through subcontractors, is strictly prohibited. Your Data will never be used for any commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
(d) Your Data will remain unaltered, except as required to provide the Services specified under this Agreement. Any modifications or alterations will only be made within the scope of our service provision.

‍(a) We acknowledge that all rights and interests in your Data remain vested in you. Our right to use or possess your Data is solely granted to fulfill our obligations in providing the Services outlined in this Agreement.
(b) In cases where we create, modify, or adapt any Data during the course of providing the Services ("Created Data"), all Intellectual Property Rights in such Created Data will belong exclusively to you. We willingly assign all of our existing and future rights and interest, including Intellectual Property Rights, in such Created Data to you.

‍Compliance and Safeguards
‍We are committed to complying with any directions or conditions imposed by you regarding your Data.
(a) We will establish and maintain robust safeguards against the destruction, loss, or alteration of the Data under our control. These safeguards will be no less rigorous than what you specify for your Data's protection and will meet or exceed industry standards.
(b) We will adhere to all relevant laws and requirements specified, ensuring that our data handling practices are always compliant.

‍Data Location and Transfer
‍We will ensure that our Personnel do not remove your Data from our premises or permit it to be taken or transferred outside of the country where our primary business premises are located, without your prior written consent.

‍Privacy and Legal Compliance
‍Both parties mutually recognize their shared responsibility to comply with the applicable provisions of the Privacy and Data Protection Act (2014) Vic and any other relevant laws concerning personal data.
